• Most products sold by WorldWideSatellites have a limited time warranty. Free to Air receivers have a limited manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the owners manual or the manufacturers website for details.
• All Sales are Final, No Refunds!!!
• The customer is responsible for return shipping cost on all exchanges.
• If a product qualifies for warranty, please contact the RMA department.
• All Returns MUST be authorized. Before shipping back, contact the RMA department.
• In the rare event that discretion is used to override the no refund policy, there will be a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.

Shipping Policy:

• The main shipping location is Mississauga, Canada. However, some products are shipped from California, USA.
• Shipping is done using UPS, Canada post, FedEx, and USPS. All packages come with Insurance, Signature Required, and Tracking Number/Confirmation Number.
